Você pode usar palitinhos de cenoura, talos de salsão, tomate cereja, palmito, pepino japonês, pimentão vermelho e pimentão amarelo, etc. Siga o que a sua imaginação mandar. 😉

Tomate seco
1 colher de requeijão light
Sal e pimenta a gosto
150g de ricota
Bata tudo no processador.

Hortelã
150g de ricota
1 colher de sopa iogurte grego zero
Hortelã picada
Cebolinha picada
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Misture todos os ingredientes.

Páprica
150g de ricota
1 colher de sopa de iogurte grego zero
1 pitada de Páprica
1 pitada de Curry
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Misture todos os ingredientes.

Gorgonzola
80g queijo gorgonzola
½ pote de iogurte grego zero
Misture todos os ingredientes.

Pasta de Alho
150g de ricota
1 colher de sopa requeijão light
2 dentes de alho
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Bata todos os ingredientes no processador.
