Inclua termogênicos na sua alimentação!

Parece brincadeira mas não é! Você sabia que certos alimentos podem auxiliar a queima de gordura no corpo? Hoje falamos um pouco mais a respeito disso para que você chegue no verão com o corpo que deseja!

A primavera chegou e antes que você pisque novamente o verão estará batendo na sua porta. Se você tem como meta usar aquele biquini novo ou aquele vestidinho branco que está no armário desde o verão passado, está na hora de colocar o plano de emagrecimento em prática!  Para que isso aconteça é necessário primeiramente ter uma meta que seja possível de alcançar; evite frustrações e deslizes no processo de emagrecimento sendo justa com o seu corpo e não tente perder 15 quilos em 3 meses por exemplo.

Adote uma rotina de exercícios diária, mesmo que seja uma atividade física leve, o importante é mudar o seu dia a dia e dar uma balançada no seu metabolismo! Mas o mais importante mesmo é entender que não importa o quanto tempo você passe na academia ou malhando em casa, todo o seu esforço irá por água abaixo se a sua alimentação não mudar também. E é aí que entram os alimentos termogênicos, ingredientes mágicos que serão seus melhores amigos no processo de emagrecimento.

 

O que eles fazem

Alimentos termogênicos auxiliam a queima de gordura através de sua atividade no sistema nervoso favorecendo o gasto de energia. Seja aumentando a temperatura do corpo ou melhorando a circulação sanguínea, esses alimentos fazem com que o corpo queime mais calorias do que outros sem essa característica. Vale ressaltar que, da mesma maneira que é impossível perder peso se exercitando todos os dias mas se alimentando muito mal, os alimentos termogênicos devem fazer parte também de uma alimentação balanceada; isso quer dizer que não adianta comer um x-salada com maionese transbordando na hora do almoço e esperar que o chá verde antes de dormir queime as gordurinhas do seu quadril.

Quais são esses alimentos mágicos

Na verdade não é magia mas sim ciência. Adicione ao seu cardápio diário gengibre (em pouca quantidade já tem um bom efeito) em forma de chás ou mesmo tempero em comidas, pimentas vermelhas, canela que pode ser usada em pó e adicionada à frutas para um aroma e sabor delicioso, e chá verde (ao menos uma xícara ao dia) servido frio ou quente.
