Essa é a verdade nua e crua: não há tal coisa como a perda de gordura localizada. Se você quiser ver o seu abdomen ‘chapado’, fazer 500 mil flexões (e nada mais) não vai te levar ao tão sonhado tanquinho. Quer pernas torneadas? Puramente exercícios de perna não vão resolver também. Braços? Pois é… você já sabe: não vai rolar!

 

Perda de gordura é sistêmica

Seu corpo não descrimina de onde ele puxa suas reservas de energia (gordura). Está constantemente mobilizando e armazenamento gordura, em todo o seu corpo, em todos os momentos do dia.

Padrões de armazenamento de gordura são diferentes de pessoa para pessoa. Há uma série de fatores que influenciam onde você armazena a maioria de sua gordura. Em vez disso, se concentre em ser consistente, equilibrado, malhar muito, e certifique-se que você está comendo os alimentos certos para colocar seu corpo em um estado de queima de gordura.
