Receita fácil de salada de frutas com iogurte

Quem nunca passou aquela vontade de comer algo doce mas sem querer deslizar na dieta? Hoje lhe oferecemos essa receita fácil, gostosa e rica em antioxidantes que vai deixar você querendo mais!

O que você precisa:
1 xícara de mirtilo
1 xícara de amoras
2 kiwis
2 rodelas de abacaxi
1 porção de iogurte desnatado (160g)
1 colher de sopa de mel

Lave as frutas, descasque o kiwi e corte em cubos. Corte o abacaxi em cubos. Refrigere por ao menos 20 minutos. Misture o iogurte com o mel até que a consistência fique homogênea e refrigere também. Coloque as frutas em um copo para servir e adicione a mistura de iogurte em cima das frutas. Decore com uma folha de menta. Saboreie! Essa receita rende 2 porções.
